Just close your eyes, and follow your breathing
If your attention starts to wander away from your breath, simply return your attention to your breathing!
It also helps to listen to music while doing this.
You can do this for 5 minutes or 20 minutes, whatever you are comfortable with.


hi would you be able to tell me how you got started on making music like this? I have a dream to mix acoustic guitar with this sorta stuff to make peaceful still music.
This kind of music spontaneously arises out of a state of meditative bliss, just like happy songs are written from the viewpoint of a happy state. Your writing process may differ, but my suggestion is to focus on the peaceful feeling you want to invoke in others. Acoustic guitars will be great, maybe some fingerpicking on the strings will mimic the keyboards being able to sustain notes.
